South Valley Vascular was founded in 2005 when Dr. Matthew Campbell established a dedicated vascular surgery practice in Visalia with a clear mission: to provide exceptional care for patients with vascular disease. As demand for specialized vascular services grew, Dr. Campbell was joined by Dr. Omar Araim in 2007, and together they formally established South Valley Vascular Associates in 2011.
Recognizing the need for comprehensive vascular care across the region, the practice expanded to serve surrounding communities including Visalia, Hanford, Porterville and Fresno, further strengthening the practice’s commitment to excellence and access.
Today, South Valley Vascular provides advanced vascular surgery services at multiple hospitals, including Kaweah Health Medical Center, Adventist Health Hanford, Sierra View Medical Center in Porterville, and Tulare Regional Medical Center and Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno. As our practice has continued to expand we take pride in our collaboration with local healthcare networks—ensuring patients receive expert vascular care close to home.
