Joshua Day, PA-C
Joshua Day, PA-C was born and raised in Fresno, CA. He remained in the Central San Joaquin Valley for his education, graduating from Central High School in 2005 and from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2010. After completing his undergraduate training, he decided to pursue a career in health care, and attended the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he earned his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2014. Upon graduation, Joshua moved back to the Central Valley to practice as a Physician Assistant. After writing his thesis on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for healing diabetic foot ulcers, Joshua worked in the Kaweah Delta Wound Healing Center in Visalia, CA. At the wound center, Joshua enjoyed taking care of patients with wounds and earned great satisfaction from helping them to heal their wounds. While working at the wound center he received his certification in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for wound care. At the same time, Joshua began to work at Kaweah Delta urgent care, where he enjoyed working in a fast paced environment taking care of acutely ill patients. Recently, Joshua made the decision to join the South Valley Vascular team to further pursue his passion helping people with vascular disease and wound care.
Joshua is married to his beautiful wife, Janeen. They enjoy traveling, spending time with their two dogs, skiing and golfing. He is an avid baseball fan and enjoyed playing baseball from the time he was six years old to the collegiate level. He enjoys being a member of the South Valley Vascular team and looks forward to working with patients and continuing to provide a high level of patient care.
